Landmore Property Services was set in 2012 to assist clients of sister company Property Financial Management, a whole of market mortgage broker authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA – 791596), manage their buy-to-let investment properties.

Rather than simply finance a buy-to-let investment property, which could end up being poorly managed with unreliable tenants, Landmore was created to provide clients with expertise, hands on management and maintain rent flow through effective tenant sourcing, robust referencing and ongoing property/tenancy management.

In 2014 the service extended to property acquisitions and refurbishment (Property+). Having worked with tenants for many years we know what great tenants are looking for and therefore what properties will always be in demand. By avoiding empty periods and letting to only A+ tenants the company has been able to deliver excellent financial returns for clients, in both income and property capital growth. In April 2016, as a result of the government second home 3% property tax, Landmore started to help clients sell their properties for the best price by working with leading local estate agents. This led to the creation of Overlord, a B2B platform that helps clients of Mortgage Brokers, Financial Advisers, Equity Release Specialists and Solicitors looking to help their clients sell their property with leading local estate agents in a regulated and structured environment.
